Just hours after the French government announced that ten unnamed British far-right extremists had been banned from France, Tommy Robinson’s best mate Danny Tommo, by a distance the number one favourite for inclusion on the list, has announced that he is quitting the anti-migrant scene.
Raise The Colours has just posted an announcement saying:
“Danny Tommo has chosen to step away, and we recognise that decision with respect.
“Danny has played his part and we wish him well in whatever path he chooses next…”
Curiously, the statement also adds that: “What matters is that we part without bitterness” suggesting that there may indeed have been some fallout behind the scenes.
But what really explains it? The obvious reason is that now the French have banned his trips over to France he has lost the most lucrative grift he has enjoyed in his entire life.
Because Tommy Robinson-supporting mugs have been pouring money into Tommo’s pockets to fund his excursions to the French coast so that he could slash a few inflatables and film himself in the process.
The ban means he now doesn’t have a proverbial pot…
For Tommo, this particular grift is over.
Impecunious end
As it could also be for UKIP leader Nick Tenconi who, we are informed, may also be on the banned list.
He won’t like it either. In recent months his fundraiser to finance trips over the channel to abuse and harass asylum seekers has kept the funds rolling in. But who is going to fund a “Border Protection Mission” aka “Calais Appeal” aka “Stop the Boats” when the main man and video star can’t make the trip.
Even allowing for the cretinism of Tenconi’s UKIP supporters, this may be another grift which has come grinding to an impecunious end.
